Ant Hat's Faithful Tears ring in sterling silver depicts two half skulls connected by the lower half of a crucifix. Extending above the two front-facing skulls is the upper section of the crucifix. The ring is darkened as a result of oxidisation so that features on each skull are emphasised where the eyes, mouth and nose should be.

Known for the precision of her carvings, Ant Hat’s signature pieces include hand-detailed skulls and anatomically correct hearts, all no more than a centimetre high. Each component is cast from an original wax carving by the artist, hand-crafted and finished in her Melbourne studio.
