Returns Policy
We are happy to exchange or provide a store credit for goods sold. We shall refund if goods are faulty or not as described within 14 days of you receiving the item/s.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the exchange is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to exchange an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will post all orders express post for a flat rate of $15.00 AUD, and provide a base international fee of $45.00 AUD.
