This textured piece from artist Albert Tse is inspired by rugged mountain peaks. This piece has been made in 9ct yellow gold, with a taper up towards a RBC lab diamond in the centre. The top of the piece is heavily textured, giving the appearance that that the stone has been unearthed. The base of the ring remains smooth and highly polished, with a comfortable fit.

Albert Tse is a Sydney-based jeweller. Born in Australia and trained at Alchimia in Florence, Italy, and at the Design Centre in Sydney, Australia, Albert’s work is influenced by a combination of traditional skills and contemporary design. He draws inspiration from his adventures around the globe to make jewellery for those with “an adventurous spirit and individual style, those that are after a modern take on the traditional.” Albert employs a range of techniques, including sand-casting, hand-forging, wax-carving and casting from a mould. He uses 100% recycled silver in all in-house casting, and either recycled or Australian gold when possible, and has made a commitment to working with gem suppliers to use ethically sourced and conflict free gems.
