By booking a Continuous Bracelet appointment you agree to the following…
A booking deposit of $50.00 is payable at the time of booking in order to reserve your appointment. The remaining payment will be processed on the day of your appointment and will vary dependant on your material of choice.
The booking deposit is non-refundable in the case of change of mind cancellations, no shows, and in late arrivals over 5 minutes. Appointments may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the booked appointment, however this is subject to availability.
Due to the nature of the process, we require all participants to be 16+ years of age and not participate if fitted with a pacemaker.
Each appointment is for one bracelet, should you and a friend wish to be fitted together please book concurrent times.
Should you need your Continuous Bracelet re-fitted please contact us for a continuous care appointment, this will be a fee of $30.00.
Please arrive a minimum of 10 minutes before your Continuous Bracelet appointment to ensure all paperwork is completed and we continue to run on time.
If you are longer than 5 minutes late to your appointment you will need to reschedule your booking, we may need to retain the booking deposit.
If you are a no-show to your booking time, the appointment is deemed cancelled and the booking fee will be retained.
If your Continuous Bracelet breaks within 14 days of being fitted, please contact us and we will arrange a time for you to be refitted. Keep the chain safe if you have it! After 14 days breakages will be deemed due to natural wear and tear and refunds will not be available. You can however book a repair session for $30 to be re-welded.
