Artist Carl Noonan has crafted this schmick ring out of cobalt and sterling silver. The ring is a fusion of predominantly clean/industrial forms, mixed with a hint of organic texture. The ring is a signet style with an elongated hexagon as the top face. There are intersecting angular lines that run across the face of the hexagon. The lines are predominantly grouped together on one side to make a lattice. Between the lines are gaps which have been filled or partially filled with sterling silver. The partially filled sections have an organic texture to the edges. The top is smooth and flat with a brushed finish. Majority of the ring is made from smooth curved cobalt, which has a polished grey colour.
