Barrie makes innovative and contemporary pieces that allude to a sense of history and time. Her handcrafted jewellery is timeless, evoking an understated sense of luxury with a delicate hint of playfulness. Barrie draws inspiration from a wide variety of sources: architectural silhouettes, wild landscapes, the colours of a beetle’s wing or the texture of a scarf. This variety makes each collection a unique, underpinned by a core aesthetic of contrasting shapes, bold forms and structures.
Barrie couples this aesthetic diversity with innovative techniques and quality craftsmanship to create distinctive, contemporary objects.
