This deceptively simple band is full of surprises! During the casting process, Kirra-Lea has incorporated a subtle layer of 9ct yellow gold along one edge. Embedded in the gold are 6 beautiful blue Australian sapphires, bordered by gold granules; set into the edge of the ring, they are barely visible when the ring is seen side-on, but gleam tantalisingly as the wearer moves their hands. The sandcasting process produces a soft, lustrous texture, which accentuates the sparkle of the stones.
Like all of Kirra-Lea's work, due to her distinctive sand-casting process these pieces are one-of-a-kind.
