This simple ring design consists of a square 18ct gold band with two square light green peridots set into the top of the band. The peridots are set into a bezel with their corners touching.
Australian Master artist-jeweller and author, Dorothy Erickson, hails from Western Australia and has been exhibiting her jewellery internationally since 1979.
Erickson draws inspiration for her many collections on different aspects of geometry, the wild and domesticated landscapes of Western Australia and in later collections the paintings of Gustav Klimt. Some of her later collections are also based off the wildflower paintings of her mother Rica Erickson. You can see these influences come through in her use of form, texture, colour and material.
